An original one on one arcade fighter. At 3:33 every night a pirate broadcast names two fighters and a place in Meridian City. Eight fighters, four arenas, special moves, combos, a SIGNAL gauge for EX moves and BREAKERs, and the BLACKOUT, a finish that cuts the picture to static. An arcade ladder, versus the computer, local versus, an online duel by link and a full training room, on a keyboard, a pad or a touch screen.

A paper airplane game you play online, in the browser. Aim, charge the throw and let go, then guide the plane with small corrections while real lift, drag and stalls do the rest. Ride warm air off the radiators, slip through a fan's stream, thread the hoops, collect stamps and land softly for the best score. A multiplayer space shooter you play online, in the browser. Your ship drifts with real momentum while you aim anywhere with the mouse: slide one way and shoot the other. Pick one of five weapons, fight over power-ups across five arenas, from crumbling asteroid fields to a black hole that bends every shot, and outscore up to five rivals in fast three-minute deathmatches, with friends by link, in quick play, or solo against bots.

Race the field, fly the doubles, land the flip.

A motocross racing game you play online, in the browser. Ride a 250 four stroke against four rivals on six tracks in a desert canyon, a supercross arena and a mountain ridge. There is no jump button: speed, the shape of the lip and your weight send you into the air, where leaning spins the bike for backflips and frontflips. Land it right and keep your speed, case it and you go down. Race, time trial against your own ghost, and freestyle.
