Before you play

How do lives work?

A trap ends the attempt and the room restarts in an instant. Attempts are counted, not limited: the result shows how many it took, and the board ranks the time of the clear.

Are the traps random?

No. Every room is fixed and every trap is placed where the room can teach it. The first death is information; the second is on you.

Can I skip a room?

Rooms open in order within a chapter. A cleared room stays open to replay, and the chapter board takes the sum of your best times.
